MOTORISTS' FLYING SQUAD SIR M. CAMPBELL AS CHIEF LONDON. Sept. 18 Sir Malcolm Campbell has been sworn in as chief of a Volunteer Flying Squad at Reigate, where he resides. The squad consists of a dozen owners of fast cars and will be available to the police for the pursuit of motor bandits. '
