SERIOUS CHARGES

4 ACCUSED SENT FOR TRIAL Two charges of indecent assault upon males were preferred against a retired draper, Frederick Morrison, of Surfdale, Waiheke* Island, before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday. After the evidence of four boys, aged from 15 to 17, was heard, counsel for Morrison entered a plea of not guilty. Accused was committed to the Supreme Court for trial, bail being renewed.
