GIFT FROM AMERICA [tlT TELEGRAPH—FB ESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON". Thursday At to-day's New Zealand Club luncheon a United States flag was presented to the club by Mr. Julian B. Foster, American Trade Commissioner.

The gift came through the instrumentality of Air. 11. M. llolmes, a, New Zealander, who is now president of the Kiwanis Club in New York. The Kiwanis Club is an organisation similar to the Rotary movement and it operates in the United States and Canada, and the New York branch was recently tho Recipient of a Now Zealand ensign from tha New Zealand Club.
