SNOOKER
CHAMPION TOURNAMENT Tho champion snooker tournament which commenced at tho Central Billiards Saloon last Friday is creating considerable interest among enthusiasts. Already six games have been played and among the winners are R. Davis "and J. G. Mackie, who contested the final at a similar tournament recently. Tho standard of play has been very high. The tournament is being continued every night except Frid.Vs and Saturdays.
