DISCOVERY IN PORTUGAL FORMERLY IN DOMINION (Received September 4, 5.5 p.m.) LISBON, Sept. 3 An elderly Irishman who gave his name as Placidus William Wiseman, and stated that once he was rich and lived in New Zealand, was discovered penniless in a village near Lagos, where he had started an English school. Wiseman speaks English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
