PRUSSIAN DIET
SNUB BY GOVERNMENT Ministers absent themselves t BERLIN, Auk. 30 Herr von Papon's acting Government in Prussia severely snubbed the Diet, instructing all Prussian officials not entep the Chamber, cloak rooms or lobbies unless they were specially authorised. Herr Branch, Deputy Commissioner of Prussia, and other leading Ministers, declined to appear in the House, intimating that the President, President von Hindenburg, had appointed them, therefore they were not responsible to the Diet.
