FINAL REMAND GRANTED PRELIMINARY HEARING FIXED [BY TELEGBArH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Friday Tho preliminary hearing of cvidenco against Edward Tarrant, charged with murdering the elderly man James Flood at Picton on November 3, will commence at Blenheim on August 23. Mr. E. Page, S.M., granted a final remand to-day to Blenheim.
