FOUR OCTOPI CAUGHT
A party on board tho launch Cheer Up while fishing between Motiti Island and tho mainland last Friday caught four oclopi nod hooked a fifth, states tho Herald's Tauranga correspondent. The largost had a spread of seven feet, and was let go, as it, would havo been awkward (o deal with on tho launch. Of tho four that were killed ono had a spread of six feet, and the others averaged about four feet.
