SUSPENDED BOARD
APPEAL IN CHICAGO GOVERNMENT CHECKMATED CHICAGO, July 30 The Chicago Board of Trade has filed fc the United States Circuit Court of Appeals its appeal from the Government's decree suspending the board as a grain futures market for 60 days. By taking refuge in the Federal Court the board has staved off indefinitely the closing ordr.r which would have become effective on August 8.
