PARTY OF JOURNALISTS INCLUSION OF CARTOONIST LONDON. July 3 The well-known cartoonist Mr. Davie Low, of the Evening Standard, and for inerly of New Zealand, is accompanying a party of 10 journalists, including Mr Hamilton Fyfe, in tho Soviet ship Rykoi on a tour of Russia. Although accordec facilities to see the full operation of th< Five-Year Plan, Mr. Low disclaims con nection with any newspaper plan. A 1 though ho may find material for his car toons, he describes his visit as a privati holiday.
