FEATHER NECKLACES
Cock feathers are being urged by one ©f the renowned Paris designers for summer accessories. They make a vivid splash of colour on floral frocks in their latest phase developed as a necklace to pass over the head, and fall gracefully on the corsage lo almost tip the waistline. These feathers are not only flattering and softening to the face, but have the advantage of looking equally smart with day frocks and 'evening gowns. A long boa in steel blue proves a'striking form of decoration. They make an excellent contrast in red as epaulettes on a silver-grey velvet evening coat and look striking in royal blue "when forming a triangular movement at one hip line on a royal blue jacket.
