ACQUITTAL IN DUNEDIN [BY TELECRAI>H —PRESS ASSOCIATION] DUNEDIN, Friday In the Supreme Court to-day Roland Seymour was acquitted of a charge of false pretence by attempting to obtain £l5O from the Engle, Star and British Dominions Insurance Company in respect of a property on the Tnicri Plains.
