QUERY CLUB.
A meeting of the Query Club was held in the Girls' Diocesan Association rooms on Monday afternoon, when Mrs. G. A. Eddowes presided over a good attendance of members. Arrangements in connection with several functions in aid of local charities at which the members are assisting were finalised. A great many garments have been made by the members, and throughout the present winter season these will be distributed to the sick poor through the agency of the St. John Ambulance Association. At the conclusion of the meeting tea was served, the hostesses being Mrs. S. Mrs. L. Andrew, Miss J. Johnson, Miss E. Thompson. * Those present were:—Mrs. G. A. Jlddowes, Mrs. A. E. Robinson, Mrs. H. Beechey, Mrs. Gibbs, Mrs. C. M. King, Mrs. Fulton, Mrs. Ashby, Miss H. Wiseman, Miss I. Wight, Miss G. Williams, Miss L. Dunnet, Miss J. Campbell, Misses Whitley (2), Miss Wallis, Miss R. Blomfield, Miss B. O'Neil, Miss V. Clarke, Miss D. Lewisham, Miss M. Jaffrey, Miss J. Macfavlane, Miss M. Johnston, Miss K. Harty, Miss P. Eady.
