NEW RECORD IN ENGLAND. MISS COPPLESTONE IN FORM. LONDOtf, July 12. Miss Lily Copplestone, of New Zealand, swam from Bournemouth to Boscombe, li miles, unaccompanied, in 41 minutes, breaking the men s record by four minutes.

Miss Copplestone is to attempt the Channel swim about July 25.
