NEW RELIEF BILL DRAFTED. PASSED BY THE SENATE. (Received July 13, 10.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, July 12. A new 2,100,000,000 dollars Relief Bill has been drafted in accordance with Mr. Hoover's recommendations. It was approved to-day by the Ways and Means Committee of the House of Representatives. The measure wa6 passed by the Senate this evening. It will be considered by tho House of Representatives to-morrow and its adoption will clear the way for the adjournment of the long session of Congress.
