BOY AND PRINCE.

Peter Seeley, aged four, had been given a rose to present to Prince Georgo when ihe Prince visited the Royal Victoria Hospital, Folkes one, on May 7. Then it was discovered that another child had a rose for the same purpose, and Peter's rose was handed to an older patient to present, Peter being given a narcissus " to keep him quiet." The Prince received a rose from a little girl patient. When he reached Peter's bed, however, Petei gave him the narcissus, much to his amusement.
