SPEED RECORD ATTEMPT.

NINETY-MILE BEACH. INTENTIONS OF MR. SMITH. Advice that he hoped to attack about Saturday one of the three speed records he is seeking, was received yesterday from Mr. Norman Smith by Mr. H. J.
