DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
THREE MEN FINED. Pleas of glilly were entered by two labourers, ,1 <hn Wilson, aged 36, and George Edwa'd JVadlcy, aged 44, when charged in the Police Court yesterday with being disorderly while drunk in Ilobson Street on Saturday night. The magistrate, Mr. F. K. Hunt, fined each man £2, with the alternative of seven days' imprisonment. A fine of £l. in default three days in prison, wis the penalty imposed on Leopold Arthur Cadmari Purdy, aged 46, Storeman, win also pleaded guilty to disorderly behaviour .vbile drunk. Detec-tive-Sergeant Kellv said accused made a nuisance of himself outside the Ponsonby police station cn Anzac Day.
