DON'T BE A FOOD CRANK.
'J'lio importance of vitamins—thoso chemical substances without which life would bo impossible —has been widely advertised for so:ne years. It is true Hat they are of paramount value, but there is no necessity to become a food crank. One should not lose sight of the fact that the body needs fuel atui replacement ol waste as well; and the two can bo easily combined. Oranges, driod vcast and cod liver oil will supply all the vitamins you require, but a r '' p t of these would not sustain you for long. Milk, which contains all the necessary vitamins, is not enough for the growing child, or for the man who has to do a day's work. Plan your meals for the day in the ordinary way, making certain that each article is as rich in vitamins as possible, and cutting out those which are poor.
