POTATO PANCAKES.
Three grated raw potatoes, three eggs, beaten separately, half teaspoonful of salt, two teacupfuls of flour, one tablespoonful of sugar, one tablespoonful of butter. Mix all ingredients, except the potatoes slowly, and beat a long time. Whe» reaclv add the potatoes gradually, mixing thoroughly. Bake on a hot griddle. Serve with meat or salad.
