EUCHRE TOURNAMENT.
GAMING CHARGE FOLLOWS. FOUR MEN EACH FINED £2. [by telegraph.—press association.] WELLINGTON, Friday. Fines of £2 each were imposed on four men named Grant, Shand, Brown and Saxon, for using Dixieland Hall, Cuba Street, as a common gaming house. The prosecution was in connection with euchre tournaments held at the hall, in which the defendants were partners.
