SIXTH BIRTHDAY PARTY. FESTIVITIES AT WINDSOR. (Received April 21, (i.5 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY, April 20. Princess Elizabeth will spend her sixth birthday to-morrow at Windsor Castlo where her grandparents, the King and ( v >ueen, are in residence. The King's chef has baked a birthday cake which will be decorated with six candles at a tea party at which Their Majesties, the Duke and Duchess of York, their younger daughter, Princess Margaret, the Prince of Wales, and tho Princess Royal and Earl of Harewood and their two sons will be present.
