DECISION OF CHANCELLOR. BERLIN PRESS ELATED. I.'ERLTX. April 00. " '1 lie death sentence of reparations" is the interpretation the press places on the decision of the Chancellor, Dr. Bruening, not to provide war debt payments pending the Lausanne Conference. Most of tlie newspapers are elated at this decision. Although official circles are reticent it is reported in Berlin that tho German Budget will exclude all mention of reparations.
