NEW ZEALAND FEDERATION. [BY TELECItAriI. —PKESS ASSOCIATION.] TIMARTJ. Thursday. The chairman of the New Zealand Cycling Federal ion, Mr. J. Kennedy, received advico from Jf. Paul Rosseau, general Secretary of tho Union Cyclists Internationale, Paris, that the two. bodies controlling amateur and professional cycleracing in New Zealand have been granted affiliation under tho title of tho Now Zoaland Cycling Federation.
