HONOLULU TRIAL.
CONCLUSION APPROACHING. EVIDENCE FOR THE DEFENCE. HONOLULU. April 19. The trial was continued to-day of Mrs. Forlcscue, her son-in-law Lieutenant T. 11. Massic, of the United States Navy, and two bluejackets, E. J. Lord and Albert. O. Jones, on a joint charge of kidnapping and murdering a native, Joe K a Italia wai. Dr. Thomas Orbiscm, of Los Angeles, a psychiatrist, stated in evidence that Lieutenant Massic was temporarily insane when ho shot deceased. The trial is approaching its close. Mrs. Massic probably will enter the witnessbox to-morrow.
