THREAT BY FINLAND. QUESTION OF NURMI'S STATUS. (Received April 21, 12.25 a.m.) HELSINGFORS. April 20. The secretary of the Finnish Athletic Federation threatens that Finland will not participate in the Olympic Games unless Nurini is reinstated as an amateur.
