SOVIET OFFICE SEARCHED. REPERCUSSION IN MOSCOW. LONDON, April 18. The Moscow correspondent of tho Manchester Guardian says the Soviet s apprehensions regarding the aggressive designs of the Japanese military authorities were strengthened bv tho news of the ransacking of the Harbin office of the Soviet as-sistant-manager of the Chinese Eastern Railway. It, is alleged that the raid was committed by White Russians, instigated by Japanese.
