GOOD COMDUCT REWARD. REMISSIONS OF SENTENCES. LONDON, April 38. The Home Secretary, Sir Herbert Samuel, stated in the House of Commons that he proposed to recommend a special remission of sentences for certain prisoners in the Dari.moor gaol in respect of meritorious service during the recent disturbances. It was not desirable to announce these till the conclusion of the criminal proceedings against the other prisoners.
