RUGBY FOOTBALL RULES.
NEW HANDBOOK ISSUED. The 1932 handbook of the New Zealand Rugby Referees' Association has been issued. The handbook is right up to date and gives in full the latest by-laws and interpretations of tlio garno compiled from decisions of the International Board and rulings of the New Zealand llugby Union and New Zealand Rugby Referees' Association. All interpretations have been confirmed by the New Zealand Union. It is a booklet which should bo in the possession of all referees, club secretaries and, if possible, players.
