RACING APPEAL CASE.

HEARING NEXT WEEK. THE RIDING OF ANTIQUE. The date fixed for the further consideration of the Antique case by appeal judges to be appointed by the president of the New Zealand Racing Conference is Thursday of next week, in Wellington. The judicial committee of the Te Aroha Jockey Club suspended H. Gray for three months on the ground that Antique had not been run on his merits in the President's Handicap on February 29. The Auckland district committee upheld an appeal by Gray and the case has been directed to tho appeal judges by the conference executive, following upon an application by the chief stipendiary steward, Mr. A. P. Wilson.
