CHARGES OF INCONSISTENCY. TROTTING BOARD'S DECISION. [IIY TKf.F.GItAPn.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CKRISTCHTJRCH. Tuesday. The board of tho New Zealand Trotting Association this evening discussed charges of inconsistent running and decided to inform the stipendiary stewards' committee that in future there should he Rood grounds beforo such complaints were brought forwn rd. Tho discussion n rose over a case wliirli had been before the Forbury Park Club. The stewards had brought a charge of inconsistent running in respect of the horse Wilbur White nt the summer meeting as compared with his performances nt Timaru three weeks earlier. Tho c.lub'e decision to take no action was endorsed. In the discussion it was argued that the weather and track conditions at Forbury Park and Timaru were bo i unlike that a charge of inconsistent, running could not be sustained.
