RADIO LICENCES.

Sir, —To meet the times may I suggest that radio licences should bo made payable this year by two six-monthly payments. I know a great many holders will be unable to renew their licences at the end of tho month, if the full amount for tho year i,s demanded. The Post and Telegraph Department has set a goocl example by accepting monthly payments on telephone rental. If something of the kind could be done with the radio licences, it would ho greatly appreciated bv the public, and prevent loss accruing through the discontinuance of many licences. Live and Lkt Live.
