NEW BRITISH MEMBER. (Received March 20. 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY, March 19. The Prime Minister has appointed Sir Horace Wilson, the Government's chief industrial adviser, to be one of the rcprelentatives of the Government on the Imperial Economic Committee in succession So Sir Sydney Chapman. Sir Sydney resigned on his appointment Is a member of the Import Duties Adllcory Committee.
