PLIGHT OF FRANCE.
HUGE DEFICIT PREDICTED. M. CAILLAUX PESSIMISTIC. (Received March 20. 11.15 p.m.) PARIS. March 19. M. Caillaux, a former Minister of Finance, in a speech to-day, dealt pessimistically with the financial position of franco.
