JUVENILE STAMP EXPERT.

Ronald Douglas, aged 15 years, of Derby, in England, went to London recently to receive the championship cup of tho Junior Philatelic Society. Ho Rained this coveted trophy with a collection of some of the earliost Persian stamps, known as tho Lion issues. Ho has twice won llio philatelic essay competition cup. When Ronald was aged 13 his knowledge of Persian stamps startled experts. Lately eminent philatelists have accepted from him information regarding this field which he has made his special study.
