UNIVERSITY TOURNAMENT.
SUSPENSION PROPOSAL.
OTAGO STUDENTS' SUPPORT.

The Otago University Students' Association ha s decided against sending a team to the annual university tournament at Wellington at Easter. This decision was reached this evening following the recommendation from the Canterbury College tournament committee, that the holding of the Easter tournament be suspended until further notice. In common with the Canterbury College committee, the Otago Students' Association feels that in view of the economic situation, it is not justified in sending a team away.
