MODEL AERONAUTICS.
ASSOCIATION FORMED. The for,-nation of the New Zealand Model Achi Association, to control and encourage model aeronautics in the Dominion, was decided upon at a meeting held last ovening. It was convened by Mr. F. 0. McDonald, captain of the Auckland Model Aero Club.
The association will lie affiliated with the Society of Model Aeronautical Engineers of "(treat Britain. It is intended to communicate with southern clubs with a view to securing their co-operation. Delegates will be invited to attend a meeting to be held in Auckland on May 4. Election of officers resulted as follows: —Committee, Messrs. McDonald (chairman), J. F. Mackley, A. J. Williamson, 11. B. llodgc, C. S. M. Edwards and J. Maleet; secretary, Ml*. M. 11. Wiseman.
