MR. MacDONALD WELL. SIR JOHN SIMON'S PLANS. (Received March 13. 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY, March 12. The Prime Minister, Mr. Mac Donald, who is now fully recovered, returned today from New Quay where ho had been convalescing. To-morrow night he will meet the Foreign Secretary, Sir John Simon, who left Geneva yesterday for Paris, where he attended M. Briand's funeral. Sir John was to meet the French Prime Minister, M. Tardieu, in Paris, and probably will discuss with him the proposals advanced for a Danubian customs union. Sir John will come to London 10-morrow.
