NEWFOUNDLAND CABINET. FORMER SUPPORTERS RESIGN. (Received March 13, 5.5 p.m.) ST. JOHN'S, March 12. The Budget proposals of (he Prime Minister of Newfoundland, Sir Richard Squires, have caused a split in llic Government Party. Three prominent members, including a Cabinet Minister, have tendered their resignations. Ihey <no Mr. H. M. Mosdell, Minister of Public Health, Mr. Philip Fudge and Captain John Parsons.
