FINAL TOUCHES.

CLEAR, BRIGHT EYES

Here are a few hints which will bring out your good points and render your baa ones less conspicuous. If you are the possessor of clear, bright eyes which are too small, you can make them look larger by tracing a fine line with an eyebrow pencil at the corner of each side running toward the temples. Don't blacken your eyebrows unless you are extremely fair, and then only a little. A dark line across the brows makes the prettiest face hard. Remember to give your powder puff an occasional wash. Greasy puffs help to make one's complexion muady. If your nose is tip-tilted, a hat which turns up in front will transform it into a " snub," so choose one with a turned-down brim.
