A COMMISSION'S TOASTS.
The 21 members of the British Licensing Commission —three of whom being women —entertained their chairman, Lord Amulree, at a dinner recently. The toasts were drunk in wine, cider cup, and water, according to the tastes and opinions of the individual members.
