ROTORUA BOROUGH RATES.
PROGRESS OF COLLECTION. [BS? TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] ROTORUA, Friday. The Rotorua Borough Council lias collected 78.8 por cent, of the rates struck, the total to date being £9654. This year's collection up to the present is 1 per cent, higher than last year, which is considered highly satisfactory.
