ENGINEERING SCHOOL.

The practical aspect of tho study of engineering was illustrated at tlie annual exhibition of the engineering department of the Auckland University College yesterday. The various instruments and plant used by the students were examined by visitors. Students explained the working of the different machines, and in somo instances actual tests wero carried out to show the methods employed.
