GRANT TO DAUGHTERS. [FROM oun OWN CORRESPONDENT."I HAMILTON, Friday. An application for relief under tho Family Protection Act 011 tlio ground that they wore in poor circumstances was nindo in the Supreme Court to-day before Mr. Justice Smith by til*) daughters of the late W. A. Oliver, of Matangi, who died in January, 1914. By common consent of tlio trustee, tho sons, who are the residuary beneficiaries, and the widow, an order was made increasing the daughters' legacies and granting them an immediate part payment of them.
