OBITUARY.
MR. H. A. SANDERSON. (Received February 28, 5.3 p.m.) LONDON. Feb. 27. A message from Rapallo, Italy, announces the death there of Mr. Harold Arthur Sanderson, a director of the hito Star Line and the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company, Limited. Th e late Mr. 11. A. Sanderson was born at Bebington, Cheshire, formerly lie was :i partner in the firm of Sanderson and Son, of New York, and in 1389 of Ismay, Imrie and Co. (managers of the White Star Line). He was a member of the Mersey Docks and Harbour Board and was president of the Liverpool Shiplirokers' Benevolent Society in 1909. His directorates included George Thompson and Co., Limited (Aberdeen Line), the Atlantic Transport Company, Limited, Frederick Levland and Company, Limited, the Indemnity Mutual Marine Assurance Company, Limited, and Dnlgety and Company, Limited. Mr. Sanderson married in 1885 Miss Maud Blood, of Now York, who died in 1927. He is survived by two sons and a daughter.
