YOUNG MAN'S DEATH.

THROWN FROM HIS MACHINE/

A motor-cyclist, Mr. Leslie Howard Taylor, aged 21, single, received fatal | head injuries when he was thrown from his macb * while driving down Middle- ■ | ton Koad, Eemuera, about 10 a.m. yesterday. The accident was caused by one of the wheels ot tho cycle becoming suddenly locked,- the resultant jolt forcing Mr. Taylor over the handlebars and on to the road. The St. John ambulance was summoned and the injured man was taken to the Auckland Hospital, where he died two hours after admission. ' Mr. Taylor was a warehouseman and lived at 14, Ariki Street, Grey Lynn. An inquest will bo opened to-day.
