FOUNDATION UNEARTHED. EGYPTIAN SCIENTIST'S FIND. (Received February 19. 9.45 p.m.) CAIRO. Feb. IS. Professor Selim Hassam has discovered (lie foundation of the fourth pyramid of Gizeh, near the Great Pyramid of Cheops. Probably it disappeared 20 centuries ago. An inscription on the ruins shows that it belonged to Queen Khenet Ivawes, daughter of the first monarch to reign under the title of King of Upper and Lower Egypt.
