OPERATION ON LEFT EYE.

LONDON, Feb. 2.

An official bulletin s'ates that the Prime Minister, Mr. Mac Donald, has suffered a slight progressive diminution of vision in the left eye. An operation is to be performed to-morrow to relieve the condition and check the course of the trouble, which, it is explained, is due to overwork.

The Prime Minister's general health is satisfactory. The operation will delay his departure for the Disarmament Conference.
