OHAUPO BOY?S SUCCESS. NINE MILES DAILY TO SCHOOL. [from our own correspondent.] HAMILTON,, Wednesday. The boy who topped the list for the Dominion in the Public Service entrance examination, Eric Willis Truman, is s pupil of the Hamilton High School, and is only 15 years of age. He is the son of Mr. W. G. Truman, of Ohaupo. The boy, who was born at Christchurch, received his primary education at Parnassus, Cheviot, and Te Kuiti, and has been a pupil of the Hamilton High School for years. He travelled daily from Ohaupo to Hamilton, a distance of nin« miles, to attend school.
