PETER PAX. The Peter Pan Baud was particularly successful on Saturday evening when nunil.iors of merry parties enjoyed the bright music it dispensed. Bowls of zinnias and Iceland poppies made gay splashes of colour on the (ahles and in the cubicles. Aiuvng thnsn dancing were:—Mrs. 11. King, who wore black flsclie net and lace; Mrs. Albert Neville, blue and mist, grey floral chiffon; Mi.ss Marjorio MaeMillan, black Milan lace gown; Miss Marjorio Tiarks, slim fitting frock of patterned faille; Miss Joan Robertson, claret coloured satin beaute and white mandarin coat; Miss Mollv Mitchelson. forest green niuon with beaded motifs; Miss Kath Motion, Waiuku, roso floral taffeta banded with black; Miss Janet Wallace, dance ensemble of lacquer red satin beaute trirtimed with while fur; Miss Owen Richards, frock of palest coral pink organdi; Miss Win Fnrham, grass green ninon frock with frilled skirt; Miss Pcggv Singer, floral taffeta gown; Miss Edna Gill, black and Canton jade patterned satin. DIXIELAND. Dixieland attracted many dancers on Saturday evening and the music played by the band under Mr. H. Nielson was many times fncored. The whole of the cabaret was decorated with summer flowers and numbers of palms in the entrance and elsewhere looked very effective.
